Game Bonuses

Written on September 30th, 2007 by no shouts

I have looked at a number of online gaming sites but very few of them meet the standards of Mac Poker. This gaming site is different from others because it helps Mac users save time and hassle, and get access to all the best online games, like Pacific Poker. Most of the other mainstream poker and casino sites are not compatible with Macintosh, so until this site existed they were missing out. MacPoker gives honest independent reviews and recommendations for the best sites where you can join for a discount or Poker Bonus.

The MacPoker site really has worked hard to find the best joining offers for online poker and casino games.  You know how these normally work: the website offers to add fifty per cent to your opening deposit, or even to match your deposit dollar for dollar when you sign up. I have never seen a 120 per cent bonus, but it is there in black and white – when you join PartyPoker using the special MacPoker link and bonus code, you can get the bonus up to a maximum of $200. This is an easy site to find your way around, and get straight to the top Online Casino Bonuses for Mac users: this is a recommended and trusted site.

Getting the money in

Written on September 29th, 2007 by no shouts

I never thought I needed a shopping cart for my blogs, as most of my sales come from affiliate schemes and they all have their own setups of course. But I do sell my own info products on some of my web pages and on landing pages, and sorting the payment and e-delivery of these has been a nightmare. Have you ever tried setting up your own Paypal button? It takes ages, there is little control over how it looks and Paypal does not store the details for you to reuse in future. Then this week I was looking at the web based shopping cart software that is available, and I can see just how much easier it is to use. All major online payment methods are already installed, with the most effective SSl protection for your customers’ confidence. Why reinvent the wheel, when you can get a professional product like this for one monthly sub?

Is Scriptdojo all hype?

Written on September 29th, 2007 by no shouts

Joel Comm launched a new information product Affiliate store, product called ScriptDojo almost three weeks ago and of course thousands of affiliate marketers have been promoting the product. It is very easy to sign up for the free trial but what happens then? Affiliates get two links, one takes visitors to a sales page where they sign up for their own store, and the other displays your own ScriptDojo store. The problem I have found with the store page is that it will not redirect from my own hosted web pages using a 301 redirect. The landing page that appears is the one belonging to Joel: not exactly what was intended!

Three Traffic Sources to Avoid

Written on September 28th, 2007 by no shouts

1. Don’t waste your money and time on Free-For-All (FFA) pages in your pursuit of marketing your product. Firstly, nobody reads FFA pages now. Secondly, your link stays on the page for only a few minutes at most. Furthermore, FFAs are set up to benefit only its operators.

Stay away from buying guaranteed traffic, no matter how tempting the offers are. Quite simply, guaranteed traffic providers get you your traffic by popping up your web page in another window on other web sites. These windows containing your web site will sit below the current window of an Internet surfer who is looking at another web site in his window above yours thus the window containing your web site is in a Pop-Under window. I am having an information overload problem. There is so much material that I want to read every day from other blogs and websites in the home business niche, I simply do not have enough hours in the day.  I am wondering whether the webinars can be uploaded to an
MP3 player then maybe I can catch up when I am out walking the dog.

We viewed another investment property at the weekend and we were quite surprised to see the owners had created an outdoor kitchen close to the terrace at the back of the house.  This was apparently where they used to entertain all their downline as they had a big network marketing operation. It seems they are doing well enough to move house again, nice to hear of someone doing well in MLM.

My friend who is very keen on checking the state of her health has a number of appliances for monitoring her vitals and she swears by the latest one, which is a pulse oximeter. Apparently it measures the blood oxygen levels and pulse rate, and is really useful for pilots and athletes.  You just slip it over your fingertip for an instant reading before taking any physical activity.

US property investment

Blue Ridge Mountain is about 90 minutes north of Atlanta. Blue Ridge Mountain was actually voted number two by Smart Money Magazine as one of the top five places in the U.S. to buy a vacation home! I always wondered what the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia were like when I heard the song as a child. I have recently been checking out the area and at really appeals to me with the abundance of wildlife, flowers and trees. The views look spectacular and the area boasts some fantastic mountain cabins where you can get away from city life and enjoy the natural beauty of North Georgia. This is a very good area to think about investing in a property of your own. It has the rustic feel, but the properties are just gorgeous!

Blog advertising

Written on September 26th, 2007 by no shouts

I read some new views on the subject of blogs displaying advertising and paid blog links from advertisers. There are several different views on this topic and the might of Google is firmly at one end of the spectrum. The new article states that, far from being a bad thing, these paid links have created a new field of employment and income stream for thousands of bloggers and home business owners.

Outdoors

Written on September 26th, 2007 by no shouts

All I seem to wear lately is combats, tee shirts and fleece tops – finished off with a nice pair of heavy boots of course. The high street shopping malls are full of imitation outdoors clothing but it is better – and cheaper -to buy the real thing. There is an online shop called Army Navy that stocks military clothing, footwear, camping and hiking supplies as well as survival equipment. This is the place where you can get a complete combat look,

Aviator sunglasses are a top retro look this year, at Army Navy Mall there is a huge selection of sunglasses and goggles from prices as low as $7. They also have a full range of real camping equipment, if you prefer to avoid campsites you will find a complete set of equipment for camping in the wild. Not only tents and groundsheets but also knives, axes, cooking and drinking equipment.

If you think that is all a bit serious, look again at the clothing section.  There is an excellent range of t-shirts for men, women and children with an authentic combat look and up-to-the-minute fashion detail.  The girl’s camouflage tee shirt in the photo costs just $13: order today and you can wear it by the weekend.
