Proper Use of Keywords
Getting traffic to your website is one of the most important aspects for your business. Doing it properly though will make a difference. Having an attractive website with appropriate links, etc. is necessary but will not be of any use without generating targeted traffic to see it.
The best method that is not very expensive is using search engines. The proper use of keywords is what will get that targeted traffic to your website and possibly get you a customer. So it is necessary that you use them correctly to get the most traffic you can and to not risk the rejection from the search engines.
To begin, search engines differ so you must learn about each one and determine what you need to do to get high visibility. Another suggestion is to not use the free web hosting if you sincerely want to get a high listing from a search engine.
Next, make sure you are ready for traffic. Review your website and make sure no links or graphics are missing. There are free websites that will review yours for you.
Now some hints for the use of your keywords. Use several keywords that will draw the targeted audience. Make sure they are relevant to your subject. Put yourself in the readers place and ask yourself what words would they choose to search for something your website can offer a solution to. (more…)

How To Use Social Bookmarking To Earn Money Blogging
Every year, internet businesses around the world start up without a blog, causing them to fail within the first year or two. You can prevent this by learning how to combine blogging and social bookmarking to earn money.
One: You first need to find all of the relevant social bookmarking sites for your business. Join one or as many as you want to, just make sure that you find sites that are used by a lot of other people. The bigger the social site is the better for your business.
Some of these should include OnlyWire.com, Digg, Google and Yahoo. You can bookmark your blog to thousands of social directories.
Two: Once you have found the ones that you want to use you want to become active. The more active you are in each social bookmarking site, the more exposure you will get to your blog.
Explore all of the social activities that are available to you and use everyone you can. For example you can increase your traffic when you submit your site to all applicable bookmarks consistently. Not to mention the search engine bait benefits you will see.
Three: You want to make sure that you constantly update your blog and check in at the social bookmarking site a couple of times a week. It is important to constantly update your content because this is what is going to keep people coming back. (more…)

Have you ever seen a five-foot-long list of websites, SEO tips and references on internet marketing called “Internet Marketing Made Easy?” Why would someone mock your search for good information, with an extensive list of sources, but no live links to the best online resources for proven SEO tactics, search marketing strategy and even a list of free SEO tools? It’s a mystery this article will try to explain, but it’s funny search marketers would do this, when any intelligent prospect can search on the language of the document and find the source.
The list of internet marketing resources we found is a great tool, showing a lot of insight about the specific things you need to research, think about and tasks to do in order to win on the web. A more useful version of the task list would have live links to connect you with the sources and resources. I think a lot of SEO “experts” have a business model of keeping their customers ignorant about how search engine optimization is done. We have found that educating prospects helps them understand the complexity of the business. Why? (more…)

Do you submit articles to e-zine sites? If not may I ask why? Submitting articles is one of the best ways you can quickly and easily increase not only your web traffic but also your sales your business makes in any given month.
I would like to take this time to discuss with you some of the benefits that come with submitting you articles to e-zine sites, and why I recommend you start doing it.
1. You’ll brand your web site, business and yourself by submitting articles to e-zines. You could include your name, business name, your credentials, web site address and e-mail address in your resource box. Branding yourself is an important part of business if you wish to make yourself stand out from your competitors.
2. You will become known as an expert on the topics you write about. This will give you and your business extra credibility, which will help you, compete against your competition. People will start to have more truth and faith in your business.
3. Your article might also be placed on the publisher’s home page. If they publish each issue on their home page this will give you some extra exposure. Every bit of extra traffic will greatly help your website.
4. You might get extra exposure if the e-zine publisher archives their e-zine on their site. People might want to read the back issues before they make the decision to subscribe.
5. You will get free advertising. This will allow you to spend your profits on other forms of advertising. You could buy advertisements in other e-zines that don’t publish your articles.
6. You might get extra income from people wanting to hire you to write other articles, books, or even ask to speak at seminars. This is a great way to multiply your income.
7. You could allow e-zine publishers to publish your articles in their free e-books. Since people give them away, your advertising could multiply all over the Internet. This could have a viral affect and really bring in tons of traffic.
8. You will get your article published all over the web when you submit it to an e-zine publisher that has a free content directory on their web site. They’ll allow their visitors to republish your article with your bio and website link in it.
9. You’ll gain people’s trust. If they read your article and like it, they won’t be as hesitant to buy your product or service. You will then be able to increase your profits.
10. You could get your article guaranteed to run in an e-zine. You could agree to run one of their articles in your e-zine if, in exchange; they run yours in their e-zine. It’s a win/win situation.
So as you can see there is a number of reasons why you should start to submit your articles to e-zine sites. Again if your not doing this, chances are you are losing out on a lot of extra profits.

Duplicate Content is one of the biggest threats to your search engine rankings and there are hidden places where duplicate contents can lurk unseen – except by the search engine spiders. I have been putting into practice some of the lessons from an article in Site Pro News by T J O’ Donnell, ‘Search Engine Positioning for the Weary‘.
“Do you want to get your site from page five to page one in Google? Here are a few tips to boost you on your way.”
I did not realise that common terms used by content management systems on thousands of unrelated websites could be flagged as duplicate content when your site is crawled. Even blank spaces can attract a duplicate content penalty. As he explains it, the programs are written by techies whose objective is to write great code: they are not considering the impact of their programming language on your SEO efforts.
There are some good tips on building inbound links to your site or blog, as well as a warning not to spend out money on worthless paid directory submissions. Very few online directories are particlularly valuable, and many are created simply to boost the directory owner’s link popularity.
Finally there is some straight talk on creating your site and products to meet demand: the big danger in an online business is to market a product that you rave about, rather than one that people desire. Read what he has to say on basic human needs – it’s quite direct …

When you are seeking link exchanges the anchor text is all-important. What this means, and it took me a while to get my head round it, is that your inbound links to your chose web pages are covering your chose key words. For example a link to this post could be listed as Increase Page Rank or a link to a post explaining how to Make Money Blogging would be linked as shown because those are the keyword phrases on which I would hope that the search engines will pick it up. Then any visitor wanting to find out how to design anchor text in inbound links will be directed here.

It can be quite absorbing to study search engine optimization and it is easy to see why expert status would take a long time to reach. For webmasters this means we can never really get past stage one, but that is not a big disaster. Although search engine algorithms will affect your website rankings, it’s important to remember this: your site carries quality informative content that your readers are looking for. If you can honestly say that is so and you install basic SEO tools, your site will gain popularity.

If you ever wonder why your PC or laptop is running slow then maybe you need to do some spring cleaning. Getting a Registry Fix is one of those things we know we should do but for non-techies these processes can seem quite daunting. A registry fix is the most likely answer to slow running or frequent PC crashes, but you really should not try to repair your Windows Registry yourself: this could make your computer totally unusable. And why bother trying to do it yourself when you can get a free Registry scan. Have a quick search around the web and you will find plenty of excellent free registry scan services.
